This project is one of the 7 "big rocks", or key goals, of the year for the PCC Marketing Department. I was assigned in creating a series of engagement emails that would bring value to our customers and encourage them to visit the island of Oahu and the Polynesian Cultural Center. The creation of each email involved in-depth research, copywriting, editing, and communication with our team. I used HubSpot to create the emails and uploaded them on Workfront for the whole team to review.
Employee Bulletin:
This is an example of the Employee Bulletin that is emailed and published weekly. After formulating a rough draft with all the articles and images, I send it to be edited and reviewed by a separate team. Then, I use HubSpot to create the condensed version of the bulletin that is sent only to email. The full bulletin is finally published on www.polynesia.com/update-bulletin where all past bulletins can be seen as well.
Ohana Club:
Ohana' Club is the promotional email that is sent out with new updates concerning the PCC, seasonal specials, and important events. It is not published publicly and can only be seen by members. I gather all the information from various departments and use HubSpot to create it. Communication is key with this task since all the information has to be accurate, especially dates and prices.
